What is the reservation deposit?
A small deposit reserves your access to an exclusive launch discount from COOLGEEK if the product launches. It secures your reservation, rather than paying for the product in full.
When can I get my product?
During the prelaunch, you can reserve our exclusive price with a deposit. This is not a full purchase, and you can decide later whether to proceed with the purchase.
We’re working to produce and deliver your product as soon as possible. If you haven’t received it within 6 months of your reservation, you can request a full refund of your deposit.
How can I claim a refund?
Email support@coolgeekaudio.com from the address you used for your reservation. Please include your order number and product name so we can find your reservation and process your refund request.
Where can I get more information about this product?
